We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to advance their career, gain broad exposure to corporate accounting functions, and contribute to a collaborative finance department. While this role will begin onsite, a hybrid schedule may be available down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

• Maintain and analyze the general ledger to ensure accuracy and alignment with GAAP

• Support preparation of financial statements, internal management reports, and supporting schedules

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts

• Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation

• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in corporate or general accounting

• Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting processes

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
